Preparation for Build Day

We have a number of people (team leaders assigned to several different build projects) already arranged to help do some prep work for Build Day on Thursday and Friday.  If you are available to help on those days, please drop by to see what needs doing!  We're meeting at the park site at 8am.

There are a number of tools needed for that day's work as well.  If you have any of these items, please bring them along... (if you don't mind them being used by others!)  Your name will be marked on each tool when you hand them over so nothing will go home with the wrong person.

• impact driver (14V/18V)
• string line/marking paint (for laying out structures)
• tape measures
• 7018 welding rods - 1/8"
• cordless drills
• drill bits- 21/64" 5/32" 1/4" 1/8" 2 each
• heavy duty grinder/metal cutting chop saw with cutting discs
• shovel/spades
• wheelbarrows
• generator
• rakes
• wrench/ratchet common sizes
• torx bits: T45, T30, T55, T40, & T27
• Sledge hammer
• stepladders
• extension cords: 25' long
• crane lifting equipment- capable of lifting approximately 1500 lbs. 14' high
• lifting straps
• 19mm socket
• 24mm, 18mm, 12mm masonry drill bits
• hammer drill
• 13mm Allen key wrenches
• liquid loctite
• tarps
• grease/soap pencil
• hand tamper
• 4' level
• hammers
• screwdrivers: Philips and flat head
